Requirements: High School Diploma, Valid Drivers License
Experience: Preferred but not mandatory
Potential Wage: $20/h - $30/h

Description:

• Install, repair, or replace shingles, shakes, and other roofing tiles on sloped roofs of residential and commercial buildings
• Install, repair, or replace single-ply roofing system using waterproof sheet materials such as modified plastics, elastomeric or other asphaltic compositions
• Install sheet metal flashings
• Erect and install scaffolding, falsework, and other working platforms
• Determine layout and installation procedures
• Install, repair, and service interior or exterior prefabricated products
• Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
• Load, unload, and transport construction materials

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

• Outdoors
• At heights
• Physically demanding
• Heavy loads (80lbs)
• Bending, crouching, and kneeling
• Overtime sometimes required
